2020 Agio Z4 by Peg-Perego Stroller
The Agio Z4 is a stroller that’s high-quality, lightweight and easy to use, and starting in 2020 it can now expand to a double stroller. The Z4 single stroller is the same as before, but it can now accommodate two kids when you add double adapters and a second seat. As a single, the Z4 weighs 22 pounds and is 20 inches wide, making it one of the most compact strollers to convert to a double.
The Z4 single is available now for 549 at strolleria.com. Starting in February 2020, the second seat will be 249 and a set of double adapters is 59.
Let’s take a look at the stroller. Agio products like the Z4 are made in Italy by Peg-Perego and they have a five-year warranty, the longest in the industry. The Z4 has an adjustable handlebar and a pop out foot rest. You can recline the seat to multiple positions including a flat position and raise the canopy as your child grows. Add a car seat to create a travel system or attach a bassinet which is sold separately and approved for overnight sleeping.
Starting in 2020, the Agio Z4 will offer more than a dozen configurations to meet your needs as your family grows. You can use the Z4 for a newborn and a toddler by adding adapters to the upper and lower positions on the frame. Add a car seat or bassinet to either position or use the Z4 for twins by attaching two infant car seats or two bassinets. Unlike many tandem strollers with a smaller second seat, the Z4 uses the same seat on either position and both seats can hold a child up to 50 pounds. The seats can face forward, face the parent, face back-to-back, or even face each other.
To fold the stroller, first, use the triggers on the side of the canopy to fold the seat into the frame. Then pull the gray lever and black bar in the frame and the handlebar automatically folds. The Z4 stands when folded for easy lifting. The Agio Z4 is compatible with car seats from several brands using car seat adapters. The matching Primo Viaggio Nido attaches using adapters included with the stroller purchase, as do the Nido and Primo Viaggio 4-35 car seats by Peg-Perego. Using adapters sold separately, the Z4 is also compatible with car seats from Nuna, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, and Clek.
The Z4 has premium fabrics and hand-sewn leather at details. The canopy includes a window for a look at your baby and you can unzip the canopy for additional sun coverage. The Z4 is currently available in two colors, Agio gray and Agio black, both of which have brown leather at details. New for 2020, is Luxe Mirage, a grayish-blue with black leatherette.
